Featuring Lyra Northane
I will find you in the bird that calls the dawn
Its fleeting song, a void where mornings play
I will find you in the river’s whispered mourn
A silver thread that carves the night away
I will find you where the oak bends to the gale
Its roots, a hymn to seasons long endured
I will find you in a jester’s fragile tale
About a knight that cries the silence you’ve secured
We weave our souls in earth and sky’s restrain
In every drop of autumn’s somber rain
Two flames that burn where fates and echoes twine
Through time’s wild dance, our hearts will still remain
You will find me in the cloud that hides the sun
Its drifting veil, a cloak where dreams take flight
You will find me in the tide when day is done
A restless pulse that lingers through the night
You will find me in the stone that guards the stream
Its quiet strength a shield where memories dwell
You will find me in the sword that splits the dream
A blade cast out from heavens’ virgin shell
We weave our souls in earth and sky’s restrain
In every drop of autumn’s somber rain
Two flames that burn where fates and echoes twine
Through time’s wild dance, our hearts still will remain

Just sharing a fresh preview from Lynnheage’s next album — Song: “Love’s Threads (For Ezra Pound)”
Down through the sunless seas, a ship descends
To shores here ghosts converse in muted tones
Your wishes’ echo call from lasting pains
Like delphiniums grown from long-forgotten bones
Love’s veil’s a thin membrane, like morning dew
Where hearts communed in silent rendezvous
The gods of old, in fragments reassembled
Weave lives through cycles of decay and birth
A Circe’s spell, where passions long resembled
Your gracious soul across my devious lairs
Our river flows through death’s embracing sea
Your love sleeps like a root beneath my tree
Chorus
The judgment of your eyes’ splitting wrath
They shine with cradling love’s eternal spark
Uncanny flowers of the ocean’s mist
A surreal bloom from soil cold and stark
Struck hard on my soul like devil’s fist
No final parting, only shades that linger,
In dreams where lovers speak without a word.
The tendrils of your voice, like a harpist’s fingers,
Plucks strings of fate, both joyous and absurd.
From ash arises hope’s insistent green,
Love’s quiet force, forever in between.
The cantos murmur of what’s never found
Where end’s cold hand caresses life’s warm cheek
Surreal as bird that rises from the ground
Binding the broken in a chain unique
Our script flows, a contradiction’s art
Love at the core, uniting every part
The judgment of your eyes’ blameless wrath
They shine with cradling love’s eternal spark
Uncanny flowers of the ocean’s mist
A surreal bloom from soil cold and sharp
Struck hard on my soul like devil’s fist A slow-flowin’ nectar

“Bitter Honey”
You were the one who circled low…
The one who saw beneath the skin…
You were the stubborn eagle, high in skies I couldn’t name.
You circled ‘round my silence, Every time, you played no game.
You fed on what I buried—
Fed on what I bled to keep—
You tasted love like bitter honey Dripping from my grief…
Oh, you drank me slow, like a wine that turned to stone.
You didn’t ask for shelter, you just made my ache your home.
Took the sweet from my sorrow, left me hollow and gone—
And I still feel the sting where your hunger fed on.
Unguilty eyes, no shame to wear,
You ripped the thread I wore as prayer.
My liver raw, my trembling gift—
But you never said a thing.
Just leaned back in that silence, let me tremble, let me sing.
I laid it all down…
The wound, the salt, the wanting.
And you just stared and took your share…
Oh, you drank me slow, like wine gone wrong.
You never asked permission, but you knew you belonged.
Took the sugar from my sorrow, Left me hollow at dawn—
And I still feel the sting where your hunger fed on.
The eagle flies… And I remain…
With honey-blood
And bitter rain.
You were the stubborn eagle
That fed, unguilty,
On the bitter honey
Of my liver…

“Land of Wonder”
I watched you in silence, longing for your voice,
But the moment passed without a sign.
Like fog, you disappeared—you couldn’t really be—
I found myself alone, with sorrow, song, and wine.
Together we walked beneath a neon sky,
Your face offered a smile; I felt my hopes rise.
But the old train departed, leaving us behind,
In a jungle of mirage, in a desert of whys…
You carry me with you, sea of fear and remorse,
My freedom never called, my bells never tolled.
But you’ll never forget me—the mornings and the clock—
And from your land of wonder, you will never return.
I wrote you ten letters that I never sent,
As dawn cried for your light, like a crystal of dew.
Perhaps one day our paths will cross again,
But your love left my spring, to never bloom anew.
I carry you with me—tender breeze and storm—
When your freedom’s bells tolled, I had to let you fly.
But I’ll never forget you, lotus blanc de mon cœur—
And from my land of somber, I’ll never say goodbye…
You carry me with you, sea of fear and remorse,
My freedom never called, my bells never tolled.
But you’ll never forget me—the mornings and the clock—
And from your land of wonder, you will never return.
I loved you from afar—you barely dropped your mask—
Your gaze of emerald, sunshine killing the night.
We never said two words, yet truth remained in sight,
Like a beacon of riddle… I loved you from afar.

May you vanish inside a wild lily,
As your eyes disappear in the sun,
May your hair rain on me of the living
And untouched gold of your love.
May your image not become delirium,
That summons through the endless haze.
May you linger, still dressed in doubts,
An old dream that refuses to fade.
May the world never know where we ended,
Nor the hours reckon what we were.
May your name wrap my sword like a tendril,
As I die in Echidna’s lair.
May the lightning fall silent and fade,
When you pass by, naked of light,
May the sea not name you in its song,
Nor my southern dawn kiss your deep night.
Though the world may shatter my shelter,
The serpent of time still shall make
In your dreams, my raging grapes prosper,
In my chest, your garden awake.
May the world never know where we ended,
Nor the hours reckon what we were.
May your name wrap my sword like a tendril,
As I die in Echidna’s lair.
May the world never know where we ended,
Nor the hours reckon what we were.
May your name wrap my sword like a tendril,
As I die in Echidna’s lair.

I searched for you in the seams of the past,
I called your name — no answer ever came.
You dwelt in my breath, though were not meant to last,
Like withered Spring behind the veil of May.
I watched the night unfold across your face,
Each step you took rewrote what we had known.
A fleeting love, a long-cursed sacred place—
Amid the ruins, I still stand alone.
I held you, but I couldn’t remain,
I loved you, but I drowned in my pain.
Our eyes met, but the world slipped away,
It wasn’t possible, though my heart begged to stay.
You touched my soul with the gold of your youth,
I dreamed an ending so different for both.
You fled afar, yet never left my thoughts,
Until you sunk-lost, in my gallery of ghosts.
You left no promise, just your lips on the glass,
You shared a glance that lingers, through my darkest days.
I reached your snow, looking for your heart,
While a crow danced with laughter at the rhythm of my death.
I held you, but I couldn’t remain,
I loved you, but I drowned in my pain.
Our eyes met, but the world slipped away,
It wasn’t possible, though my heart begged to stay.
I cried you out, but you didn’t take it,
You wept, still I stepped away.
All was burnt down — but you resuscitated,
As heavenless goddess feeding on my pray.
I held you, but I couldn’t remain,
I loved you, but I drowned in my pain.
Our eyes met, but the world slipped away,
It wasn’t possible, though my heart begged to stay.
You held me, but you couldn’t remain,
You loved me, but you drowned in your pain.
Our eyes met, but the world slipped away,
It wasn’t possible, though our hearts begged to stay.

Not a love like any Other
You were the thread from Ariadne’s dream,
A ray through the fog, dusk’s endless gleam.
Eternal caryatid in a virgin rose,
On the verge of sleep, in my garden of old.
You lay asleep in a field of lilies,
I drowned in the honey of your breath so mild.
The night was haunted by childless dead,
And you were my offering, and my sacrifice.
You are what your incense mouth conceals,
You dwell where no one else appeals.
You are the Doric wind’s lamented song,
That bears the trace of a farewell long gone.
You are no love of earthly kind — In you, a god and death entwine.
You were the sibyl who spoke no fate,
The thirst in rain, a vow too far.
You were the cloud where wonder hides,
A rootless tree with its subtle charm.
We were apart, yet distance collapsed,
You were a bird with no course or map.
Absence was more than you could give,
Invisible chart of melancholy.
You are what your incense mouth conceals,
You dwell where no one else appeals.
You are the drowned-out song of the wind,
Where the trace of farewell still lies within.
You are no love of earthly kind— In you, a god and death entwine.
And if something remains, it’s more than a name,
What you once were climbs like ivy and wing.
In my weightless self, your love burned slow,
Then vanished in silence — without letting us know.

Something was Whispering…
Your words fell softly, like leaves dyed in blue,
I could not tell if you were gray moon or sun.
Your laughter in April held Autumn winds too,
Your voice I would chase where the lost echoes run.
You gazed at the sky, I walked in your trail,
Your glance made a “maybe” shimmer in light.
Doves rose from silence with wings grown frail,
You wove me your sea in my maze of night.
Something was whispering my world was shifting,
Though silence remained, all within me was flame,
While you were dreaming, while I was drifting,
In exile, I knew you — I called out your name.
Your steps crossed the paths I once knew too well,
I stayed for a reason I could not say.
A ghost reborn where the echoes dwell,
Sweet dawn was your aura — my mountain, my faith.
You spoke so little, while I was dying,
The hours passed through like a quiet prayer,
Your lily-soul into mine was flying,
And in the blue night, we vanished there.
Something was whispering my world was shifting,
Though silence remained, all within me was flame,
While you were dreaming and I was drifting,
In exile, I knew you — I called out your name.
Something was whispering your world was changing,
Though silence was stillness, it burned through the dark,
While I kept dreaming, while you kept drifting,
In your own fate, you had known my heart.
Heaven had known how long I had waited,
How my sun set down in your far-off sky.
And though from love you still hesitated,
The crystal of my soul still reached for thine.

Eras y estabas…
